Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Program Application (.pdf)

CHDC homebuyers must meet basic criteria to be considered for acceptance into the Homebuyer Program. In order to purchase a CHDC home, an applicant must be a Homebuyer Program member. To become a member of the Homebuyer Program you must submit a completed application with all requested attachments. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. The criteria used to initially evaluate applicants for the Homebuyer Program includes:

A positive credit report;

No homeownership within the last three years;

Funds available for down payment and closing costs for the home they wish to purchase;

Enough household income to be able to make loan payments and existing personal expenses; and

Income that does not exceed the income limits per household size below. Please be aware that individual properties may have additional income limits.
