If you are working for a loan modification for your mortgage and would like assistance, CHDC HUD-approved counselors will be working with CCISCO to meet with homeowners applying for loan modifications at St. Mark's Church, 159 Harbor Way, in Richmond. The event will run from 6-9PM, and both English and Spanish speaking counselors will be available to speak with you! Please come and work with us! All services are free of charge!

The second class in our Post Purchase Homeownership Education program includes education on budgeting expenditures for your home, how to prepare for unforeseen costs, how to refinance your mortgage and what regulations are applicable, and how to ensure a stable financial future for you and your family! This class takes place at 440 Civic Center Drive in Richmond, in the multi-purpose room. The class is two hours, from 10AM-12PM. Food will be provided, and prizes will be drawn for attendance!
